This hospital does not have the billing in order. Received treatment in July 2017 and received an invoice for healthcare costs that are not reimbursed by Menzis. Paid this invoice yourself. Have another treatment in November (implant by dental surgeon). These costs have not been reimbursed for several years by Menzis because the treatment has to be done by a dentist and not by a dental surgeon (?). Only receive the invoice after 4 months and have to pay yourself.
Because the costs were paid in 2018 (although they relate to 2017), I cannot add them to costs previously paid by me in 2017. As a result, I do not exceed the threshold for specific healthcare costs in 2017 and I miss a refundable amount of tax of approximately 300.
