On Tuesday we took a guided tour of the theater. Against a ticket paid in full (the right thing), the visit lasted no more than 30 minutes, simultaneously in Italian and English, having put together a mixed group. The worst thing is that during all the time spent in the stalls, the guide's voice was covered by the continuous noise caused by the piano tuner.
I will definitely return to visit this wonderful theater.
The greatest regret is for American tourists who are unlikely to return, and above all they will report this bizarre non-visit back home.
