I had an average experience with Zephyr boating. The boating trip was decent and the staff was okay. However, I felt that the overall service could have been better. The boat was not as clean as I expected and the equipment provided was a bit outdated. I think they need to improve their maintenance and upgrade their boats to provide a better experience to customers.
