Working with Samuel Humphrey at Bohemia Realty has been a wonderful experience. After reaching out to him about a possible apartment, Sam was quick to reply and set up a time for us to tour not one but four apartments in the same building complex. He was on time and friendly, walking us through each apartment and providing with as many details as possible. When we decided on the apartment we wanted he was quick to provide us with all of the necessary materials we needed to fill out in order to submit our application quickly. He was always available via phone, text or email to answer any questions. When we were approved for the apartment his commitment did not stop there. He made sure we got all of our questions answered and that our move-in date was secured quickly. Sam is smart, friendly, very knowledgeable and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone we know who is in search of an apartment! We d give him ten out of five stars if we could!
