CUSTOMER had a mixed experience with Classic Collection Holidays. While the overall trip was good, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The customer service was friendly but not always efficient in handling our requests. The accommodations were comfortable, but some facilities were outdated. Overall, an average experience.
