Bank customers must be treated more professionally...

Bank customers must be treated more professionally than the shareholders! This is the SECOND time in three years (maybe 2??) that our dividend check has been refused by our bank since the routing numbers are not included on the check. Once was unacceptable -- after all, this is a bank!!! But twice????? My great grandfather was one of the founders of the bank, so the family has been shareholders for forever......love being a shareholder, but I wouldn't trust my banking experience to this organization!
