I have been using Web First Designs for my company's website for over a year now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The design and functionality of the website are decent, but there's nothing exceptional about it. The team is responsive and professional, but sometimes it takes them longer than expected to address any issues or make updates. Overall, I would rate them as average.
