I had a mediocre experience with Tribal trends. The website was easy to navigate and the products looked nice, but the quality was not up to my expectations. The shipping was fast, but the packaging could have been better. I contacted customer service regarding the quality issue and they offered a refund promptly. While I appreciate their responsiveness, I expected better quality products.
