My experience with a medical concierge service was quite average. The service did not meet my expectations as there were several issues. The scheduling process was cumbersome and confusing, resulting in delays. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized at times. Additionally, there were communication gaps which further added to the frustration. Overall, I was disappointed with the service provided.
