Williams insurance is an average company. They provide decent service but nothing outstanding. I've had a policy with them for a couple of years now and overall I'm satisfied. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service is responsive. However, I feel that their rates are a bit high compared to other insurance providers. It would be nice if they could offer more competitive pricing.
