I had a mixed experience with Rug works. While their selection of rugs was impressive and I found a beautiful rug for my living room, I had some issues with their customer service. The staff were not as attentive as I would have liked and it took longer than expected to get assistance. However, once I finally received help, the staff was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I do hope they improve their customer service.
