I have been using Plait for quite some time now, and I must say it has been an average experience. The website is easy to navigate through and the overall service is decent. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some technical issues. The customer support team was prompt in resolving my concerns, but I would appreciate it if such issues were avoided in the future.
