I can't thank the ladies at BASC Expertise enough for all that they do. With PROP 206 and the pending FLSA changes, I have relied on Deidre to navigate me through the complexity of everything. When PROP 206 passed like many other business owners in AZ, I thought it had only to do with minimum wage. Thankfully for Deidre, she gave me a complete overview and kept my business compliant. Not only has she been an unbelievable asset in terms of forming my LLC but she has single handedly made me enjoy tax season. I don't care who your current accountant is, schedule a sit down with the lovely ladies at BASC, you will not regret it!
