Do not go here!!!. even the OWNER KATHY is rude and not professional. Im from Chicago and myself and a few co workers decided to check out the park on our off day..Was there for about 30-45 minutes and they shut the park down on us due to the weather. We stayed 2 hours in the storm to receive a 2nd day pass because we payed REGULAR admission price.. what we didn't realize the pass expires with in a week plus you CANNOT use them on Saturdays. Well -
all last week it rained there was a Tornado watch in effect for 3 days of those days. Called to check on it since I lost $120.00 due to the weather and the owner Kathy tells me there's nothing she's going to do to make this right because (and I quote) "before we paid our money we knew it was going to rain, so we shouldn't have paid to go in!!".
OMG! I replied, just like we saw the rain so did you all and yet you all took our money. How about instead of taking people's money knowing y'all are going to close the park with weather like that - instead they allow you to pay and keep your money.. she even hung the phone up. Now how professional is that.. calling the BBB.
