I had mixed feelings about Omnia West. While the website is well-designed and offers a good selection of products, the customer service could use improvement. I had some issues with my order and the support team took longer than expected to resolve them. However, once my concerns were addressed, the overall experience was satisfactory. I hope they work on improving their customer support.
