I have been a customer of West Manhattan Chamber of Commerce for over a year now and I must say their services are average. The website is user-friendly and provides useful resources for businesses. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, I feel that the chamber could do more to support the local business community. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
