I have been a customer of Autec Process Automation GmbH for several years now and I must say that the experience has been average so far. While their services are reliable and their products are of good quality, the company lacks innovation and could do better in terms of customer support. Nonetheless, I appreciate their timely deliveries and efficient product installations.
