The overall experience with Ifd digiplant gmbh has been average. The website digiplant.de is nicely designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. I hope they can improve their support system in the future.
