I had a very average experience with Netkom IT services GmbH. The services provided were not exceptional, but they were also not terrible. I would say that they met my expectations. The communication with their team was satisfactory and the response time was reasonable. Overall, I can't say that I had a great experience, but it was also not a bad one.
