They could do a lot more with this space. Develop it for more access. But the philosophy here is to keep it more a manufacturing hub. That s great for local businesses but there isn t much access to the wonderful waterfront in this area and it should be developed for local people to enjoy a rare commodity. Don t agree with the overly strict philosophy and the monopoly they have on this wonderful asset.
