I am a customer of Datatech Media and I must say that their services have been average. The website is easy to navigate and the overall user experience is fine. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support team. Sometimes, they take a bit longer to respond to my queries and I find that quite frustrating. I wish they could improve their response time and provide better customer support.
