TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND VIOLATION OF PRIVACY AT THE HEAVENLY SPA WESTIN, MALE EMPLOYEE ENTERED THE LADIES LOCKER ROOM WHEN I WASN'T DRESSED

I went to redeem a voucher at the heavenly spa Westin, Velachery. The service included a recharge massage in the massage room, steam and sauna right after that in the ladies locker room. Right after my massage got done the female attendant took me into the ladies locker room, gave me instructions on how to use the steam and sauna and instructed me to wrap a towel around myself in the steam and sauna and not a bathrobe since it won't be effective ( as is customary).
After my steam and sauna, I stepped out in this visibly small towel and was about to go shower when a MALE EMPLOYEE WALKED INTO THE LADIES LOCKER ROOM saw me just standing there barely clothed and he muttered sorry and walked out!! I was shocked! I could tell he was the same male receptionist who had attended to me when I entered and even confirmed my voucher code. I walked out and he was nowhere in sight. I told the female employees and they said" we had gone for lunch" then, which makes it even more sketchy. I told them it violated the entire reason I was there and made me feel unsafe. I then proceeded to go tell the main reception of the hotel. I spoke to a man there who took down my name and assured me some action will be taken.
I left feeling frazzled, thinking that locker room has women regularly unclothed in there, how could anyone walk in during business hours?!! I got a call from the spa manager saying" Sorry, please give us another chance. We will take action" that's all. No come meet with us, no follow up, nothing. Just forgive us is what was said.

Here's my question to the entire management of The Westin
How do you call yourself a 5 star hotel if you are offering a facility where male employees take the liberty of walking into a ladies ONLY locker room and jar them when they are in a compromised position?

What kind of Spa are you running that instead of being relaxed, women should walk around clutching their robes tightly and stare at a door that doesn't lock from the inside because your spa is so safe?

What makes you think the sheer violation of my privacy and safety warrants just a meagre apology that will probably have no effect in the real world, you have caused mental trauma to a customer and think It was a forgivable mistake? How do I know it was a mistake, and not pre mediated? Maybe it's a regular thing that this employee does. Shame on you.

Absolutely unacceptable. Ladies, please take note of this. Be wary, keep your eyes, ears, instincts open. 5 star hotel doesn't mean you are guaranteed a safe and secure service. In a world where women are fighting for their integrity, we don't need these horrible experiences.
