I have been a customer of Fitness Connection for a few months now, and I must say I am satisfied with their services. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide great guidance during workouts. The only downside is that the music played in the gym can sometimes be too loud and distracting. Overall, I would rate Fitness Connection as average.
