I have been a customer of Jacksonville wastewater utility for several years now and I must say, their service is average. Nothing too great, but also nothing terrible. The customer support is quite helpful and the billing system is easy to understand. However, there have been a couple of instances where there were delays in resolving issues with my account. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
