The staff at Mahavir Motors are very helpful and courteous. Mr. Prasad, who was interacting with me, spent a lot of time listening to my views and expectations. He worked on my "expectations" with in-house management and with MB headquarters in Pune. Not deterred by the non-response from MB in Pune, Prasad developed an in-house solution entirely with Mahavir Motor's resources, a feat that made it possible to purchase my E Class. Mention is required of other staff members: Zarkash, Naseer, Sainath and Kapil, all of whom worked very well as a team. Great showroom with a great Cafe inside. Wonderful vehicles. Be sure to sample the coffee.
