The service provided by Midwest Box Co was average. I found their website easy to navigate and their customer service was prompt in answering my questions. However, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of the boxes I received. They were flimsy and did not hold up well during shipping. Overall, I would say my experience with Midwest Box Co was just okay.
