Their security guards run the front desk in the condo building where I live. The "head" security guard for the team is rude, has an attitude all the time and "loses" packages if she doesn't like you. The other security guards are generally nice. I have complained about the head security guard and nothing was done, if someone like that can lead a team, then I cannot give a positive review.
