I love this place, food is awesome but the service...

I love this place, food is awesome but the service is none existing.

I called 48h in advance as indicated on the website for pre-ordering breakfast for 10 people. They refused to take my order, therefore I showed up in the morning before opening at 8am and asked to buy for 250 usd of stuff. We forgot one little item and they asked us to wait in line again for 20 mins, absolutely not trying to help.

PS: by refusing to take our order, it created a long wait for other customers.
PS2: they sold us many meze in small boxes without mentioning that it would not come with Pita or Bread...
