I recently took a Cambridge exam at Ecus Educational. The facilities were decent and the examiners were professional. However, I was expecting a more personal approach from the staff. Some of my queries were not answered promptly and it felt like the attention to individual needs was lacking. Nevertheless, the exam went smoothly.
