I had a mixed experience with Thauvette Benefit Concept. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in my concerns. On the positive side, their rates were reasonable and their benefits package was comprehensive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
