I've been using pnc.com.au for a while now and I can say that their internet service is decent. The connection is stable and I rarely experience any downtime. However, I feel that their customer support team could be more responsive and helpful. The website could also use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. Overall, it's an average experience with Planet netcom.
