I recently switched to this mobile service provider and so far I am impressed. The network coverage is great, and I have not experienced any drop in signal quality. The plans are affordable and offer a good amount of data for my needs. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage my account and top up my balance. The only complaint I have is that the customer service could be improved. The representatives seemed a bit uninformed and were not able to answer some of my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with 2degrees mobile.
