The overall experience with Keen Systems was average. Their website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I did encounter some issues with the quality of the prints. Some of the colors in my designs were not accurate and the prints had smudges. The customer service was responsive and helpful in resolving these issues. I hope they can improve the print quality in the future.
