Birdsivideo is an average company. Their website is easy to navigate and the overall design is decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took ages for them to respond to my queries and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. I expected better from a company of their size. They really need to improve their communication and responsiveness.
