I was not very impressed with the consulting services provided by a company I recently worked with. While they had some good suggestions, I found their overall approach to be lacking in creativity and innovation. The customer service was satisfactory, but it did not make up for the average quality of their solutions. I would recommend exploring other options before finalizing any consulting partnerships.
