Really helpful and excellent customer service! Top marks!!!
Being new to art buying/collecting I had a few questions before buying which Ana answered quickly and professionally. Having selected an Otto Schade print they noticed an imperfection on the last one in stock... I was informed immediately and a more expensive alternative was offered in replacement at no extra cost.
Having worked in customer service the whole experience struck a chord with me... very impressed and very highly recommended
