This was a very positive shopping experience overall. I picked out a number of rings online, then went to the showroom where Lauren very patiently allowed me to look them over and compare them. She was very informative. The stones and jewelry were all very beautiful, and I and my fiancee are very happy with my choice of sapphire engagement ring.
