I recently had the opportunity to interact with Empire bank and I must say, my experience was quite average. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I did encounter some technical glitches which were a bit frustrating. Overall, I think Empire bank is an average company, nothing too impressive.
