I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by a company called Spark ibérica, s.a. Although I found their website sparkiberica.com informative and user-friendly, their customer service left a lot to be desired. The representatives were not skilled in problem-solving and took a considerable amount of time to provide assistance. Due to this, I cannot rate them higher than 2 out of 5 stars.
