In 2020 GDE has done approximately $2,000,000.00 in CapEx projects for me and all without any issues whatsoever which is rare in Multifamily Housing these days. Their project management is 2nd to none and while each project has an assigned project manager, Senior project manager "Avner Barisaac" still makes time to walk each project personally so punch items are few and far between. I give them a 5 star rating.
