I recently used a security company for my home security needs, but unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with their services. The team was late for the appointment and seemed unprepared. The installation process was rushed, and they did not provide me with a thorough explanation of the system. Additionally, their customer service was unresponsive when I had some concerns. I believe there are better options available for security solutions.
