I rate them below 0. The worst company, The numbers on their bill are not a working number. I contacted them 5 times by mail and googled up their direct contact number to straighten up the claim submission to my insurance provider, obviously those minions are either underpaid or they donot really care as much. Now they had the odacity to forward this claim to the debt collector. Had they taken the same effort and filed the claim correctly to the insurace provider, I would have a totally different opinion of them. "Avoid" this company and any medical providers that use this company for their billing.
