Was told the wait was going to be 40-45 minutes......

Was told the wait was going to be 40-45 minutes...it's now 2 hours later and nothing. I even tried calling to tell them to cancel my pickup and my call was forwarded! Horrible customer service I'd recommend EZCab any day over this joke of a company.
