Ngl these guys really came through. Staying at a holiday Inn running in to issues as I brought a desktop, they went above and beyond trying to get me online. Alas in the end it was not meant to be. Must say though that customer service was 10/10 and customer satisfaction also 10/10 despite not achieving the desired outcome. All you can ask is that people try :)
Serious shout out to the two guys who tried to help, sadly did not get their names but they are top tier employees. Godspeed guys
