Jennifer Wright and her team at Ball Morse Lowe are outstanding and I highly recommend them without hesitation. My siblings and I inherited over 25 Mineral Deeds and one land deed (in eleven different Oklahoma counties) from our parents when they passed several years ago. I had put off the task of transferring the rights and property from their trusts as we needed to find an attorney in Oklahoma and had no recommendations.
Following an internet search, I reached out to several firms and the response time and quality of the initial interview with Ms. Wright far exceeded the rest. She carefully listened to and evaluated our needs and recommended the most efficient and cost-effective course of action. Though the process was complicated by the facts that my siblings and I live in two states outside of Oklahoma, that all documents required all three of our signatures as co-trustees, and that one deed required probate, Ms. Wright made a complicated process clear and straightforward. Her communication and response time were exceptional, and she readily and patiently answered all my questions, some of which I know I asked multiple times.
Throughout the process Ms. Wright demonstrated that she had my family s best interests as her top priority. On a personal level, I found our frequent communications to be personable, professional, and transparent. When it comes time to set up our trusts, my siblings and I will definitely be using her services again. I would rank Jennifer Wright at Ball Morse Lowe at the top of the professionals with whom I have worked in both my business and personal life.
