Shaw carpets is a decent company overall. The quality of their carpets is good and their customer service is satisfactory. However, I have noticed some minor issues with the installation process. The carpet started unraveling in certain areas and it took a while for them to send someone to fix it. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.
