I've been using Smartsimple software for a while now and I have to say it's been an average experience so far. The user interface is decent, but there are some areas that could use improvement. The customer support team has been responsive to my inquiries, but sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, it's a good software for basic needs.
