I had the privilege of attending the NAYA Homeownership Orientation last night .06.06.19 with about a dozen people. Superb program and I highly recommend this resource to all Portland residents who want to achieve the goal of home ownership. Kevin S. / Home Ownership Coordinator did an excellent job describing the process of financial preparation and a road map for success. The HUD Section 184 Home Loan Guarantee Program offers special resources to qualified applicants. Kudos to Habitat for Humanity Portland Metro East for building and selling excellent starter homes for first time buyers. Best Home Buyers presentation that I have reviewed in the Portland Metro area in that past 12 months! Highly Recommended. *****Ten Stars*****
