I have been a customer of Paradigm Group, Inc. for several years now and I can confidently say that their services are average at best. While they do deliver on their promises most of the time, there are often delays and hiccups along the way. The customer support is also mediocre, as they can be slow to respond and don't always have the answers to my questions. Overall, Paradigm Group, Inc. is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
