We reached out on a property that we liked from the web. Unfortunately, we did not qualify for the initial residence. Fortunately, it did cause us to get in contact with Sheila. Sheila learned about us, what our needs were, and found us a great place that my wife and I now call home. She presented options and did not push anything on us. More realtors should be like Sheila. We will be sure to reach out to her again once we look for a permanent residence.
